Comments: Berumen are extraordinary professionals in this day and age. They are efficient, polite , and get the work done. They arrived to remove a very old 60 year plus maple tree with a fused trunk. They climbed the tree carefully lowered all the branches piece by piece without damaging my yard , landscape or home. They worked all day , chipping what they could , cleaning up as they worked, and hauling all the large logs out to the front of my yard from the back. They returned the next day to grind the stump, and removed all the logs . Again they spent another day and never left until all the chips were swept out of my lawn, and blown off the hard scrape. They are great and I would gladly hire them in the future. They kept their cost lower than the many well know companies we surveyed for quotes. They provided a insurance certificate when requested and were a pleasure to have working for us. I only wish I had know of them a few years earlier when my 89 year old mother hired a “well know - reputable” tree company to remove a large tree in her yard. That company brought in a crane, hit her garage roof, knocked out the power, and then had a shifty carpenter come to repair the damage they caused. He in turn helped himself to an antique locks a nd key attached to a cabinet in her garage!. All I can say is Berumen is great and certainly worth hiring. Thanks Guys!!!!

Comments: I had the great pleasure of meeting with, and hiring (Berumen) Armando, for my tree removal and stump grinding job. In addition, I had a very large limb trimmed off of a giant oak tree. Armando is a true gentleman, we agreed on price, and he provided me documented proof of up to date *liability and workers comp insurance. DO NOT HIRE ANY CONTRACTOR without appropriate insurance! Especially, one that does work as dangerous as this. Many are not insured at all. Armando kept me updated with scheduling via phone calls, he care arrived on time, they performed skillfully and carefully, ensuring there was no damage to my home or surrounding landscaping. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. A gentleman arrived ten minutes later and ground down the tree stubs, one of which was difficult to access (near other landscape shrubbery). He went out of his way to explain to me the problem, come up with a reasonable remedy, and execute the completion of his work. When done, he cleaned up everything perfectly. Comments: I was contacted immediately after I requested a quote. They were out the same day. I had 2 very large dead Ash Trees that overhung my house as well as the neighbors house. Along with 3 smaller trees right along the fence. I was told by 2 other company's that a crane would be needed. Berumen came out and said no problem quoted me less than half what the others had. They came out the very next afternoon in the extreme heat and started the huge task. They were back the first thing the next morning to finish everything up. They cleaned up so well, my yard looked better than when they arrived! I could not possibly be any happier with the service I received!

Comments: I cannot say enough that Armando is extremely professional, nice, easy going, and courteous. The removal of trees and stumps went well for an excellent price (quoted 5 companies - couldn't be beat.) The only reason this is not a perfect 5.0 is because the first branch hit a wire runnign to my house and stripped out the hook holding them up (and also cracked one of the cement squares in the walkway going through my lawn). Armando was very quick to say he wanted to fix any problems, and he did come and repair the hook and rehang the wires without damage. Unfortunately, the square walkway brick he couldn't find a replacement, but -- that part isn't as important to me. I would said because of the attitude and immediate response to make anything right - you will be able to hire this company without concern. The job will get done, they clean up wonderfully, and very responsible after the job is complete and paid for.

Comments: These guys are top notch ! Not five stars, but ten. Promptly there at appointed time. Took down a 45 year old maple tree with about a three foot diameter trunk. One guy actually climbed the tree and cut the branches down piece by piece. Gave me the "willies" just watching him climbing up a 60 foot tall tree (I don't like heights-acrophobia I think). The tree was right next to my house with large branch trunks over the house and the shed I had built. Expertly cut and gently lowered the pieces to the ground. All of the crew worked real hard, especially Ismael, one of the owners, All of the crew left after the tree was cut down ( I believe to go to another job that was delayed by the rain), and left Ismael at my house. Armando then returned later to help his brother load the trunk onto the trailer. Ismael was busting his butt grinding the stump and moving the cut pieces to my neighbors trailer so he could give them to his sister for firewood. Another neighbor asked them if she could have the chipped wood delivered to her house down the street so she could put them around her trees. Ismael went with her to see where she wanted it delivered. Bonus for them, as they didn't have to dispose of the chippings or the larger cut pieces. Win win all around. I felt sorry for Ismael, as he seemed to do the majority of the work. This guy really busted his ass. Total time was 12 hours from start to finish. Everything was all cleaned up and all debris removed. The next morning, you couldn't tell that there ever was a 60 foot tall Maple tree there. They left just after it got dark. While they were there, my neighbor on the other side of me wanted to have a stump ground that the people she hired to cut down a tree were jerking her around about coming back to finish the job. I let Ismael park his stump grinder behind my shed in my yard (to keep it hidden from the street) so he could come back the next day and do the job for her. Great people who bust their asses and do a great job. Something you find so rarely these days. I am going to call them to do some landscaping (dirt, seeding, weed and feed etc.). It is a great feeling when you can find somebody who you know will do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Now, if people ask me if I know a reliable landscaper, I can tell them, "I got a guy".

Comments: Armando is very professional, honest and on time with his work. He removed an 80 foot tree that was right next to a privacy fence for Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity. When I called him he came right away, gave a very reasonable estimate and three days later you couldn't even tell there was a tree there. Fox Valley Habitat will definitely use him again and I would personally recommend him for any job!
